Take advantage of our partner classes on Thursdays. Take this opportunity to join in on your children/spouses class. While this pandemic has taken a lot from us including the ability to practice with a live partner. Take 30 mins from your week to get back into live partner drills by joining us every THURSDAY at 6:40pm. We are looking forward to seeeing you.

Unfortunately, due to roll back to phase 2 for the Regions of Toronto, Peel and Ottawa. All CardioCombat, CombatVeritas and BJJ Classes are cancelled until further notice.
2 TIER STRIPE WEEKS

Starting in October 2020. We will have two separate testing week for in-person and zoom. Now that we have learned how to run a safe, healthy, and efficient dojo. We are turning our focus on how best to implement stripe testing moving forward with both in-person and zoom. We will separate stripe testing into 2Â weeks with 1Â dedicated to in-person and the following week dedicated to zoom. This will allow us to ensure our focus is on the quality being displayed and the students who are currently staying via zoom, continue to improve.

BLACK BELT GRADUATION
October 2, 2020
Our June Black Belt graduation was thrown into chaos back in the spring. We (student, parents & Sensei)Â are working very hard to get some of those students ready. With the combination of being away for 6 month plus the short window of preparation, we require that we see the students in person for this round. We have schedule presentation for Saturday October 31. More details to follow...
